This Civil Project Engineer will be a part of the project team, and will do design reviews and finalize site plans. Will be a part of a large, fast growing team of residential land development engineers. Together with the Project Manager, this person will direct the team on various assignments, providing technical training and guidance. Will complete edits and modify plans as reviewed by agencies, municipalities, and clients. Will research local/state requirements on properties and projects for zoning. Will complete site visits and field assignments as required by project scope. Will review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions and factors to consider for development such as: legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and easement documents. Will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments on time and within prescribed standards. Will initiate communication with clients, municipalities, and agencies as the project requires in coordination with the Project Manager. Will communicate with Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status.
Some local travel to job sites will be expected.
Bachelors in Civil Engineering
2 plus years of experience in a site/land development role
EIT or Professional Engineer
Civil 3D experience
