Client Relations Coordinator

Part Time Role


The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible to support assigned external or internal events for clients and associates. The Coordinator will provide outstanding service, attention to detail on all projects and events assigned, manage and track promotional giveaway items, manage the calendars for conference rooms and facility areas and coordinate with logistics, facilities to ensure areas and locations are stocked and available for internal and external use.
Role and Responsibilities
  • This role requires the clerical support to provide concierge level service to clients and executive staff
  • Responsible for making RSVP cold calls to clients regarding upcoming special events
  • May act as the first point of contact for Client Relations
  • Handle clerical tasks efficiently and effectively, always with the intention of providing outstanding customer service
  • Support event set-up including breakfast, lunch and formal events; clean up and follow up
  • This role requires excellent and proven time management skills
  • This is a flexible position. Minimum hours 20 per week, could work as many as 32 or 40 as needed.
  • Work schedule can be flexible in terms of days and number of hours worked per day.  All to be determined between the candidate and hiring manager
 
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Superior overall administrative skills 
  • Superior customer service skills and communication skills (high touch expertise)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple events/projects
  • Event support requires, ability to stand for long periods of time, move or lift items using appropriate equipment
  • Ability to work well with various personality types
  • Advanced excel skills (including mail merge, proper command)
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skill in person and over the phone
  • Flexibility/adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Inventory management skills
  • Familiarity with use Survey Monkey or similar is a plus
