Job Description

CLM Contract Administrator






Summary:

An individual who will be able to understand an overall contract structure. The overall structure of a contract will contain details such as payment terms, contract value, effective/expiry dates, contract category etc. This person should be able to understand the hierarchy levels within an overall vendor agreement. This potential candidate will utilize skills to understand the aforementioned criteria and transfer to a cloud base contracting system.




Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Transfer legacy contracts to the cloud base contracting system ensuring all scanned/searchable documents will be in the system's Repository with accurate contract details.

Confirm existing fully executed contracts are published to the Repository effectively, on a daily cadence there should be a minimal amount of contracts that have been fully executed and not yet published to our Repository.

Check and confirm accuracy of contract hierarchy levels within the Repository confirm that the correct documents are linked appropriately.

Generate and run reports identified by Purchasing as needing on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.




Desired Skills/Experience

• Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors

• Analytical and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners

• BS degree in Business Administration preferred; (others will be considered)

• Our ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.
