Contracts Administrator 
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration: 8 – month contract with possible extension
You will support migration of customer contracts from Scout’s ERP and set up new customer contracts.

Job Description:
  • Review sales contracts to identify components that impact billing and revenue recognition
  • Input contract details into client database (“Create Customer Contracts ')
  • Audit data loaded into client database (via integration or manually input) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Required:
  • Experience reviewing sales contracts (for cloud-based subscription product would be a huge plus)
  • Data Audit (either with public accounting firm on an internal audit role)
  • Knowledge of SFDC or Workday a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in navigating Workday system
