Contracts Specialist

Job Description

Stefanini is looking for a Contracts Specialist in CA for one of its direct clients.JD as given below.
  • Prepares and negotiates contracts.
  • Prepares and issues Requests for Proposals/Quotes/Information (“RFx”).
  • Advises business units on the issuance of RFx and contract requests.
  • Reviews contracts for completeness and compliance with Procurement policies and procedures.
  • Prepares reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ensures all contract and RFx files are adequately documented, and recorded in all applicable Procurement applications.
  • Works on adhoc projects, including performing administrative work, as needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Independent thinking and decision making abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make complex decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Able to prioritize assignments.
  • Must project a friendly and cooperative demeanor when interacting with suppliers and all levels of Bank staff and management.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality with regards to highly sensitive Bank Information.
  • Proficient in use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access
  • Previous experience with automated/integrated Procurement Application desirable CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS CPM, CPCM, CACM desirable
