Customer Service Rep

Job Description

Entry-level IT specialists needed! Are you looking to establish or continue a career in IT? If so, this position may be for you. The position will consist of the following:

  • Troubleshooting and technical support for multiple projects
  • Inbound/outbound calling
  • Basic network management

Do you have the following qualifications:

  • IT or Computer Science degree or certificate preferred
  • Some coursework or prior experience with IT and network operations
  • Comfort/proficiency with computer and phone systems
