Customer Support/ Desktop Support

Job Description

Looking for 5 Tier 3 support candidates to provide It help desk and desktop support services to their Microsoft Office 365 group.

Our contractors will be working remotely, but must be willing to go in office in North Colorado Springs. You will handle around 3-8 Cases per day.
* Act as the primary technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers including, issues escalated to the highest level of management
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and escalation managers when additional support is needed
* Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devise and implement action plans and professionally communicate to all parties involved
* Seeks supplemental training to improve performance and develop specialization.
* Provide operational support and implement Office 365 and its related technologies including but not limited to, Exchange Online, Skype for Business (SfB) Online/ Teams, Active Directory Synchronization, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Azure AD

**Must be willing to submit to a background check

Pay $17-19

Location: Remote, but must be willing to be able to go in office North Colorado Springs once asked to go back in office.
