Customer Support rep

Job Description

This is a customer support position with a fleet management technology company in Minnetonka. Contract-to-hire with great growth opportunity!

This individual will be fielding inbound calls from customers to help troubleshoot their technology in the truck. They will be taking 30 - 40 inbound calls that on average last 10 - 15 min.

The overnight calls that are coming in are typically routine calls and usually the drivers trying to troubleshoot their device or have questions on it. They will be handling invoicing, purchase orders, returns and sending service technicians out to the field if they can't fix it via phone. They do not remote into the technology this is all via phone and directing the person on the other end.
