ACS Solutions is currently seeking to hire a Delivery Manager to join our Practice to facilitate the delivery of exceptional services to one of our premier clients. The individual must work well in a dynamic environment. This is a fast changing and growing team and this role must demonstrate creative ideas on how to adapt and facilitate continuous improvement for consultants and the client organization.
Note: As time permits, additional clients may be added to the Delivery Manager’s responsibility.
The role be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with a broad consultant team, various client managers and delivery practice management to ensure exceptional services are delivered. A major function of this role will be to engage with the consultants to obtain a detailed understanding of client goals, the various ACS Solutions team roles, milestones, risks and issues. This role also maintains productive working relationship with client managers related to delivery results. This role provides visibility into program delivery issues and reports into the PMO practice. Issues are escalated to the Engagement Director to collaborate on strategies for issue resolution.
The Delivery Manager will be actively engaged in all aspects of program delivery (e.g. participates in team meetings (as necessary, defining/executing on problem-solving/issue resolution strategies). Established processes will serve as the framework for delivery execution and will provide input for process improvement, as appropriate. This delivery manager will also serve as the point of contact for consultants and will perform managed team onboarding, client domain onboarding, ongoing mentoring, performance reviews, corrective actions and the knowledge transfer process. Also collects and summarizes status/metric reporting for internal and client reporting (e.g. weekly (if applicable), monthly and quarterly)). Reporting includes multiple mediums (PowerPoint and updates to the Clarity PPM tool,) and includes engagement health indicators and updates to provide visibility into the overall program performance. While not in a sales role, the delivery manager will look for growth opportunities and will collaborate with sales personnel to support growth of the program. This role also participates in the monthly client billing process to ensure accuracy.
This Delivery manager must possess superb communications and negotiation skills, as demonstrated via ongoing collaboration with consultants and client managers, and the managed team practice group that quickly builds trust with all levels of personnel.
