Design Engineer 2
Resource Industries, aftermarket parts
Design Engineer supporting 3 work streams. Digitization of parts, branding/part number reduction, flexible manufacturing/3dprinting
Team has 2 people that support 14 product groups. This design engineer would help support those 2 people. Working with those within Resource Industries - surface mining/tech, material handling, ITDD. Will execute change notices. Engineering spec changes for branding. Person will be dealing with products all across Resource Industries - mining machines, TTTs, all sorts of machines. Parts could span from electronics to drivetrain to structures, etc. Will work within design controls at business unit level. Collaborate with the product team to design and implement changes.
- BS in Engineering
- 3 years exp in design or mfg
- Office Suite
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- CAD design in Creo
- Teamcenter required
Some travel to Tucson, AZ - less than 5%
6 month contract with potential for extension
