THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ANNA, OH

What will you do?
Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions

What do you need to succeed?
*3 years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
*Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs
*Experience using Active Directory
*Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 client
*Experience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
*Quality Customer Service skills
*VPN experience.
*Experience with basic hardware printer support
*Experience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP

Job Description: Desk-side Support Technician • Troubleshoot and repair equipment • Verify the integrity of accessories and clean the equipment • Configure equipment to customer specification • Install RAM, hard drives, video cards, CD-ROM's, and other peripherals • Keep the tracking and inventory databases up to date • Set, configure, and troubleshoot PC/laptop and printers in a LAN environment • Analyze, test and evaluate new products • Maintain library of current BIOS, drivers and patches for supported equipment • Support remote access for laptop users, maintain call tracking, and inventory databases • Basic ability to use personal computer and software application • Basic knowledge of application, connectivity, hardware, peripherals including printers and scanners, network tools, and TCP/IP protocol • Basic knowledge of new technology in the information technology field • Basic knowledge in a variety of PC software programs, remote tools • Basic knowledge interfaces • Basic knowledge of MIS environment • Basic knowledge of data and mobile device support
