Top Three Skills:
- 1+ years of Desktop Support experience in enterprise Windows environment
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 for enterprise user base
- Experience with customer service, troubleshooting, and ITSM incident management (Remedy)
As a part of this role, the individuals will be tasked with deploying Windows 10 to each PC and device on the shop floor. This includes staging, transferring user data, and deployment. PC's will need to wiped clean, boxed, and shipped to a specific location. Other responsibilities will include basic PC troubleshooting. This Enterprise Cliemt uses Remedy as their ITSM tool, and this person will log incident/ticket data. They utilize Office 365 for email and the ideal candidate will have experience with this platform.
