ACS group has an immediate need for a Desktop Technician with experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Preferred) This is a 12 months contract opportunity with possible temporary to permanent and is in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Duration: 6 + Months possible Temp to Perm
Pay rate: $40/hr  - $43/hr on W2
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, advanced troubleshooting, Scripting (PowerShell, command line, .vbs) Configuration Management (SCCM/MECM - Current/supported builds, system maintenance), Active Directory (ADUC/GPO/PKI)
• Self-motivated, task orientated
• Time management
• Works well with global remote team
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Existing knowledge for quick start and minimal training
• Exposure to different technologies – adaptability – PC Support is Primary Role (Microsoft)
• Degree not required
• 2-5 years’ experience preferred
• Desk Side Support experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with computers
