SNI is targeting a Desktop Support Technician I for a valued client in Denver. The Desktop Support Technician I should have strong troubleshooting experience and be familiar with computer hardware, software and printers fixes.
Key responsibilities:
* The Desktop Support Technician I will diagnose issues and research all problems to help resolve issues.
* The Desktop Support Technician I will assist with escalating problems.
* The Desktop Support Technician I should have a minimum of 1 year of Desktop Support experience.
* The Desktop Support Technician I will resolve problems on a timely basis.
* The Desktop Support Technician I will work with a help desk ticket system.
* The Desktop Support Technician I should have back office applications knowledge.
