Job Description

Position- Desktop Support Technician 

Location- Hurst, TX 76053

Duration- 6-12+ Months project (Possibility of converting fulltime) Job description: 

Provides on-site field support to customers. Performs refresh upgrades; which includes imaging and data migration on hardware. 

Education: High School or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years. 

Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment. 

Experience working with customer technology and support requirements 

Good interpersonal skills to work with customers and other unit personnel 

Good communication skills 

Good time management and organizational skills 

Ability to work in a fast paced team setting, Windows 7/10 experience, Own transportation, able to lift 30lbs regularly. Willing to travel locally to various site locations. Able to work in the USA. Interview Process: In-person interview at customer site.
