Our client a Insurance company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician. This person will provide Break/fix and trouble-shooting issues for clients on site and remote workers. The day to day tasks include receiving a ticket from service desk, and follow the procedures to meet with the end-user and fix the issue.
To be qualified for this role the client is looking for someone who has worked in the capacity of a Desktop Support Technician. Ideally someone who has worked in a Corporate Environment and is familiar with a ticketing systems. The Client is running Windows 10. This is a Contract position. The Client is looking to interview candidates immediately.
