Our client is looking for a Desktop Support contractor to work at one of their clients. This person will be doing Desktop Support and taking escalations from the helpdesk. The issues will include troubleshooting hardware and software, Microsoft Office support, Windows 10 troubleshooting and support. This will include hands-on and remote/phone support.
Top Skills Required:
1) 3 years of experience in a desktop support role supporting users over the phone and in person for level 2 support
2) Experience supporting/troubleshooting Windows 10
3) Customer service and the ability to communicate with non-technical users
