Digital Product Manager

Job Description

Stefanini is looking for a Digital Product Manager to work on one of our projects in NJ. This resource will be responsible for the scope of product re-development, including review of the existing legacy functionality, understanding the key business drivers and must-haves from the business definition of a minimum viable product, and development of a product roadmaps to iteratively improve the platforms on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

Assembling concepts and communications appropriate for specific audiences at all staff levels, taking into account the audience and their preferred communication style
Overseeing and ensuring delivery of project /product initiatives aligned with strategic goals of the NQO and the firm, which may have executive visibility and engagement
Providing oversight, reports and highlighting points requiring the Operations Director attention

  • Executing strategic initiatives, working as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communicator, presenter and cross-functional partner
  • Creative and passionate about building products people love
  • Previously held product or program management positions
  • Development of digital platforms and content management systems
  • A strong understanding of product management practices
  • Varied responsibilities between IT, business and UX teams
  • Ideation and strategy definition
  • Product road mapping
  • Minimum viable product definition
  • Releases and iterative improvements
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Analytical/excellent problem solver
  • Development of digital platforms and content management systems
  • Working with globally distributed teams
  • Use of Jira in the product-management process
  • BA roles and/or requirements development
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Project to operational state transitions
  • User testing and data-based decision making
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Understanding the IT function from a technical and operational perspective and how IT fits into the firm and network strategy; and,
  • Strategic management and delivery methodologies to drive an innovative technology enabled culture.
