for immediate consideration. THE ROLE: ? Gather requirements, create a technical design, document and implement solutions to satisfy business and development needs ? Responsible for mentoring technical staff, as well as hands on contribution of project work ? Lead advanced analytic team in mining and exploiting data to promote growth and achieve the business?s strategic objectives ? Interact with senior leadership at a high-level concerning the alignment of the data warehouse and BI capabilities with long-term business ? Use quantitative and qualitative techniques to assess a broad array of business issues and distill them into key items and proposed actions ? Design and develop credible and robust KPI dashboards that help management understand and measure operational and financial performance ? Build and implement various types of predictive models, segmentation strategies, optimization algorithm?s, and data mining analysis ? Develop the strategic roadmap for analytic capabilities (i.e. measurement systems for sales/marketing/customer performance, simulation/forecasting methods, scenario planning) to drive business and customer outcomes ? Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures (standards, controls and metrics)
REQUIREMENTS: ? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Industry experience required ? 4/5 years experience as a Sr. Manager ? 10+ years of related Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and analytics experience ? Candidate should have high energy and drive ? Experience with database design best practices, including normalization, query optimization, referential integrity and logical database architecture ? Must have a track record of leading/delivering Business Analytics solutions (i.e. customer analytics, data monetization, product optimization) Solid working knowledge of BI Center of Excellence and/or Analytics as a Service delivery and organizational models ? Ability to quickly understand business requirements and transform user requirements into queried reports / stored procedures ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to a non-technical audience ? Exceptionally detail orientated and ability to cross-check work to user specifications ? Proficient working independently?with little direction?and as a supportive team member ? Accustomed to fast-paced environments with simultaneous, high-priority tasks ? Must be capable of performing in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to work on multiple projects at any time ?
