Electrical Engineer

Professional engineer with project management experience. Candidate will perform MEP project management duties on projects for joint venture partnerships when the architectural firm is out-of-house. Individual will report to the Discipline Lead on technical issues and Project Management Lead on management issues.Skills:

Project ManagementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science, Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university

At least Minimum of 5 years (ideally 10 years plus) related experience in electrical building systems engineering (example systems: lighting, power distribution, security etc.)

Some Project Management experience such as interfacing with clients or joint venture partners, setting up resources and timelines.

Professional Engineer license registration.

Proficient with either SKM or Easy Power software is a plus.

Experience performing engineering calculations for electrical building systems

Experience performing design layouts of electrical building systems

Equipment sizing for electrical building systems

Experience working on projects such as healthcare, government (federal (ideally) or state/local), office buildings, commercial.

Experience working on Federal projects is a plus
