Job Description:
Major purpose:
- Reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting analog and digital hardware in a production floor environment. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills is required.
- Capable of isolating failures to the component level, and driving to true root cause.
- Capable of providing failure analysis write-ups to support documentation closures.
- Review PWB artwork for printed circuits, provide part selection, specify cabling, develop or specify test methods and associated test equipment
- Capable of identifying alternate parts as part of obsolescence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Candidate must be capable of the following:
Reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting analog and digital hardware in a production floor environment. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills is required.

When not troubleshooting, candidate may be called upon to assist in other related areas such as test procedures and test equipment corrections and updates.
