Job Title: Engineering Project Manager Job Location: Client, New York (Remote) Duration: 12 Months. The project is based in Taiwan so the candidate will be communicating with groups internationally. The candidate will be in office 1-2 days a week onsite at Decker Building and remote the remaining days of the week. Non-Exempt Role Job Description: Top 3 required skills:

BS degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical or equivalent

10-15 years of engineering and professional work experience

Scope of Position (i.e. projects involved with and role within group):
Provide project leadership excellence within a division engineering group that leads, capital projects, new technology migrations, and new process developments.
Establish overall project requirements and plans, leading the project team from Initial Planning thru Project Closeout. Following our Client PM processes and procedures.
Effectively lead, interface and communicate within the division and plant teams worldwide.
Solve technically complex problems within the equipment, construction, and quality areas for Display.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Deliver strong project leadership thru the project initiation, planning, implementation, and closeout phases.
Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and AR budget documentation.
Develop and deliver clear and concise project presentations; such as business case justifications, project financials, and project status summaries to leadership.
Exercise sound judgment, solid engineering principles, and utilize structured problem-solving techniques.
Lead, guide, coach and help develop internal functional and project team members.
Ability to multitask, lead multiple projects and actively work and participate in project teams in various roles and capacities.
Effectively listen and communicate utilizing multiple channels and means.
Desired Skills (These are skills that would be nice for candidates to possess)
Proficient in MS Project as well as all the MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficient in Box, SharePoint, and collaborative workspace environments.
Stage-Gate or FEL experience - capital projects.
Professional Engineering Certification.
Equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience.
Glass Melting and Forming design, operations, or installation experience.
