We're seeking 10 Support Analysts to assist with an increased call volume due to testing season. This team will be supporting the state of Mississippi or other states as they will be in testing season and need assistance to handle the increase in call volume. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be able to walk a client through how to navigate their software application, and be able to use a database and the internet to find answers. The person needs to have basic computer skills so the person can work in Salesforce setting up cases with customer information. People need to know how to navigate the Web to find information. If they have experience using a CRM system like Salesforce that would be helpful, but Salesforce experience is not essential.
This is a great position for someone looking to get their foot in the door in IT and gain some great enterprize level experience.
Training will be for 2 weeks starting on March 30th . The shift for training will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. After training, the shift will switch to whatever shift they have signed up for.
