We are hiring level one IT Support Techs for a customer in the Knoxville, TN area.
These positions will be providing technical support for internal systems and applications. Candidates will need to have good troubleshooting aptitude and able/willing to learn about the specific applications.
While this position is fairly entry level candidates must have ONE of the following to be considered:
- 1+ year of IT work experience (Tech support, help desk, PC Tech etc)
- Completed IT Program/Degree (Associate or Bachelor)
- Received current industry certification (A+, Net+, CCENT, HDI etc)
This is an immediate need. All interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately. All work and interviews will need to be performed on site (this is not a remote role).
