Job Description:

  • The facilities technician will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Lead, during the site expansion, handling the daily maintenance projects, and meeting the needs of employees.
  • Responsible for providing maintenance and janitorial support of physical facilities. 
  • Physical facilities responsibilities may include cleaning, grounds-keeping, packing, and moving office furniture and/or equipment, handling all work by-products in offices, laboratories, manufacturing areas, or cleanrooms. 
  • May support maintenance mechanics, simple projects, spot painting, and/or light construction. 
  • Performs related clerical duties.
 

Job Requirements

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:
  •  Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of verified prior related experience preferred.
  • Requires job and trades knowledge/skills.
  • Forklift Certificate
