Stefanini is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Remote Position) Description:We are seeking a Full Stack developer that can work with internal stakeholders, product managers and designers to build the best in class conversational bot platform. Someone who wants to build a world-class product that makes Simplr stand out. From planning to design, testing, and rollout, you'll use your software development skills and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams across the company.   • Build and support features for the main Simplr platform and associated services.
  • Help design the platform architecture in collaboration with the team
  • Provide expertise from past experiences to help level up our current development practices.
  • Review code, provide insightful feedback and elevate Simplr development team
  • Exercise ethical decision-making
  • Be the voice in the room that always puts the user first.
  • What to bring
  • Ability to write great code
  • Comfortable with front end and back end technologies (MERN stack preferred)
  • Experience with Web application development and expert level understanding of web technologies.
  • A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms and object-oriented design practices
  • Strong understanding of non-relational databases such as MongoDB and in-memory stores such as Redis
  • Great sense of ownership

  • Job Requirements

    Experience and Education:
    • 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer preferably in MERN stack
    • 4 years of experience building Web Applications.
    • 2 years experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB
    • Some understanding of NLP.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
