HR Administrator

Job Description

A CRG client is seeking a full-time HR Administrator in Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, NC area to join their team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to help drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with HR Director
  • Make and answer phone calls
  • Data & payroll entry of hours for employees
  • Assist with creating invoices if needed
  • Pulling reports from ADP
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed including handling new hire paperwork and organize files
  • Entering new hires into ADP
  • Filing and updating employee changes to their HR file


Qualifications:

  • Previous two+ years of experience in office and clerical work is required
  • ADP experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel & Word and must be able to provide knowledge on the computer during interview
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
