HR Project Manager

HR Project Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking an HR Project Manager for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. The HR Project Manager functions as a Wellness Service Delivery Consultant is responsible for managing the underlying operational processes that support the Wellness Program, lead process improvement initiatives, assist in driving business critical analysis and identify consistent measurement opportunities for the Wellness Program with a main focus on the onsite health screening process. This would include but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining keen focus on employee experience throughout design, development , implementation and administration of program/process/communications for the onsite health screening program as well as other Wellness program specifics
  • Leading program-related initiatives, including:
    • Work in partnership with multiple business partners (Design, Change Management, Site HR Managers, Communications, Legal) to ensure a seamless end-to-end employee experience
    • Design efficient processes for the program team to support participant engagement, control and administrative reporting, communications and escalations regarding Bank of America Wellness programs
    • Creation and support of updated business requirements, operational processes and standard operating procedures for Bank of America Wellness programs
  • Leading meetings with multiple vendors and business partners to achieve goals associated with the delivery of Core and Voluntary Wellness program
  • Building productive working relationships with vendors, ensuring each vendor is administratively supporting the program as defined; apply appropriate level of tension to ensure focus on the critical key processes maintained throughout the process
  • Implementing controls and validation processes throughout the Core and Voluntary Wellness Programs to ensure administrative compliance, protection from data breaches and to evaluate vendor performance
  • Ensuring partnership with Communications/Engagement teams to support a well-developed participant-facing strategy
  • Driving efficiency, improvement opportunities and integration across vendors
  • Consulting with internal clients to develop analysis that leads to actionable opportunities and/or future opportunities
