Job Description: HRIS Workday Analyst
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
Position Type: Contract


The Workday analyst will provide production support of the Client’s Workday HCM system. This role serves as a point-of-contact for our users. Workday modules include: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Advanced Comp, Benefits and Payroll.

Job Responsibilities:
Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Advanced Comp, Benefits and Payroll
Establish, revise and maintain procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
Diagnose and resolve issues (end-user, business process, security, etc.)
Audits and maintains current and historical data.
Performs data entry as needed.
Work with end users to train them on the system
Assign and maintain Security
Develop and maintain simple to complex custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer.
Load data through EIB
Assist with the creation of test scripts and the documentation of test scenarios.
Perform end to end testing: Business Process, Integrations, Reports, Security,

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Benefits, Business, IT etc.)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Minimum three (3) years applicable Workday experience
Experience and knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Benefits
Proven experience with reporting and analytics
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
