Help Desk Analyst (Hardware Support) INTERVIEW QUICKLY!!!

Job Description

  1. 1 year of PC support in a Windows 7 environment working with internet connectivity, application support, and printer support
    2. Looking for someone who is familiar or supported the UNIX and Linux environment (Having just an understanding around what it is, is fine)
    3. Someone with great customer experience (Being in any type of customer support role dealing with customers/end users would be fine.)

These help desk analyst will be supporting one of two teams.

One team will be more focused on the Windows 7 side troubleshooting computers for the store employees that are in the back office. In addition, for employees using the website/application that is needing to be fixed for the computers on the floor. Ex. You are looking how to design your kitchen, cabinets, or needing paint but the system isn't working then that is when the analyst comes in and fixes the issue.

The second team will be supporting the POS systems software applications in the stores. This team will be working more in the UNIX and Linux environment as well.
