Help Desk Analyst I

We are looking for a help desk consultants (Tier 1) to come in a four month contract to hire for our client downtown San Diego. This person will be joining a team of 4 that is currently supporting 2500 users spread over 60+ locations Nationwide. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service experience, be proficient in ServiceNow, trouble shooting server issues, wireless issues, VPN issues, User Adds, Password Resets, Email Issues and laptop/desktop trouble shooting. Other responsibilities include using ticketing system, Active Directory, and Exchange support. This resource must be a quick learner/logical/have a strong IT presence to reassure customers that the issue will be resolved. Candidates will be trained on the proprietary applications, but some experience with application support is a plus.

- Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

- Comprehension of basic networking concepts

- Microsoft Office 365 experience

- Experience with ServiceNow

- Excellent customer service experience

- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
