Your responsibilities in this role

- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity sofware, and a variety of other applications used internally

- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

- Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems

Job Requirements

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

- Active Directory experience desired

- Microsoft Windows experience preferred

- Deep understanding of Inbound Call Center

- Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems

- 1+ years of prior experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

- Understanding of basic networking concepts

- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
