If you feel you have some or all of the skills below, please send your resume directly to shawn.troy@rht.com - 2+ years of experience and/ or understanding of supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware - Applicants with technical skills to serve as escalation point for handling incidents and service requests related to application, operating system and other service related problems will be preferred - Personal Computer Skills experience desired - Storage experience - Active Directory - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request - Can work independently with minimal supervision - Candidates who have a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude will be preferred - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company - Able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
