Job Description

*  Resolve Tier 1 and Tier level IT support calls and tickets on corporate specific Infrastructure and Applications

*  Work with customers to diagnose, identify and resolve systems issues

*  Provide  responsive, accurate, quality feedback on the issue status and resolution

*  Work to resolve the majority of calls and inquiries on the first customer contact

*  Insure closure of open tickets /issues both in the support center system and with the customer

*  Participate in QA testing of new software releases and software promotion validation

*  Provide management with the feedback to assist in the improvement of customer service efficiency

*  Perform other duties as required in this high volume call environment 

Job Requirements

*  A minimum of two years experience in a call center help desk or technical support environment
