As Help Desk Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Working on local IT issues as well as supporting any corporate IT initiatives
  • Installing LAN, WAN, etc.
  • Supporting Network and Security, Internet, Datacenter and Operations, etc.
  • Training associates on server use
  • Preventative maintenance management
  • Monthly reporting
  • Supporting remote users

Requirements for the Help Desk Coordinator include:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience
  • Experience working with data network operations
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Able to troubleshoot network issues
  • Knowledge of MS Active directory
  • Any certifications are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented; able to work with all levels of people within the plant
  •  Network, hardware, software
