OBXtek, Inc. Headquarters in Vienna/Tysons, Virginia is looking to hire a qualified Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to be responsible for supporting the AEDC Environment at Tunnel Nine, White Oak MD.
This position will be responsible for supporting IT requirements related to maintaining the AEDC Service Desk level of support at Tunnel Nine White Oak MD. Day to day tasks involve general laptop and peripheral equipment support, and overall Tier 1 Help Desk Support functions. Focus needs to be on excellent Customer Service.
This position entails working with all areas of information technology from general helpdesk support to higher level projects involving:
- Office 365 (OneDrive, Outlook, Office, Skype)
- USAF Desktop Requirements
- Access Requirements
- Printer and Mobile support
- Service Desk support - ITIL
