12 Month Rolling Contract
1) 3+ years experience providing exceptional technical and customer support (white glove treatment) to at least 500+ end users in person and remotely (Phone/Email).��
2) 2+ Years Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Technologies such as Windows 7, 10 Microsoft Office Active Directory, Imaging with SCCM, Ticketing Systems (TrackIT/ServiceNow), Remote Tools (LogMeIn)��
3) 2+ Years Break/Fix on Laptops, Desktops, Printers and Mobile Support with iPhones, iPads, Androids and Asset Management/Inventory Control (TrackIT)
Mac Expierence and Degree or Certifications are a Plus.��
