•Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Desktop Engineer or Help Desk Analyst II/Technician II.
•Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting of operating systems, Windows 7 Pro & Windows 10 Pro (or above)
•Mid-level experience with Microsoft Office 365 & Active Directory Administration
•Familiarity with Cisco Umbrella, Lansweeper, Remote desktop software (e.g. TeamViewer)
•Experience in supporting a large, 1,000+ PC User environment
•Experience with ITIL Processes related to Help Desk is a plus
•Experience utilizing scripting languages such as PowerShell and Windows Batch Scripting is a plus
