SNI Technology has a client on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL, in need of two Sr. Help Desk Technicians.
The Sr. Help Desk Technician is responsible for answering overflow of incoming emails and support calls. Analyze issues being escalated from Tier 1 and root cause problems. Follow troubleshooting steps to correct issues and escalate tickets to Engineer 3 Technicians as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly document issue details and troubleshooting steps
- Troubleshoot all network related issues and escalate as needed
- Create documentation for troubleshooting steps for Jr. Help Desk Technicians
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Nice to have skills: Jira, Solarwinds
