Position: Help Desk Technician
Location: Fort Lee, VA
Requirements: ACTIVE Secret Clearance and Security+ (or applicable IAT Level II Certification)
Our client is looking for a help desk technician to join their expanding team. These individuals provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktops, and/or systems hardware + software. They're expected to have previous experience within general IT troubleshooting and support.
Top Three Skills:
- 1+ year of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience in a Windows 7 or 10 environment
- Security+ and Active Secret Clearance (both are required)
- Proven customer service record with strong communication skills
