Job Description

TEKsystems is actively seeking Help Desk agents for one of our top clients. Support will include but is not limited to (Windows OS, applications, basic desktop and network troubleshooting etc.) via phone, chat, email, and logging into machines remotely.

This will be within a 24x7x365 environment. Hiring for all shifts (Days, Swing, Graves)

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service
  • There are several proprietary applications support agents will likely never have been exposed to, technical training will be provided but prior technical experience is preferred

Responsibilities

The goal of the Help Desk is to offer first contact resolution as efficiently and quickly as possible, as such part of your daily responsibilities will include:

  • OS Support (90% Windows, 10% Mac)
  • Supporting Office, Outlook, and other Applications
  • Password resets, logout requests etc.
  • VPN issues supporting remote workers
  • Resolving other front-line issues that might arise

Amenities:
