UNCH is looking for three people to join their team of help desk team of 40 help desk technicians to assist in supporting all the end users within the hospital system. They average about 12,000 tickets a month, so it's important that they have someone who has experience with a global or enterprise desk.
They troubleshoot issues related to hardware, basic applications, network connectivity, outlook and VDI (they use VMware vClient vSphere).
With the current Covid-19 climate, they of course have more users working remotely and has created an uptick in calls - they support 50,000 users across the enterprise and are the first line of defense for anything IT related.
These positions will go through end of April and have the potential to extend through the summer.
