Help Desk Analyst

Philadelphia, Pa

3-6 Month Contract




As a Help Desk Analyst with our enterprise Health System, you will be responsible for support and troubleshooting level 1 - 3 technical questions. This support will be delivered 100% over the phone through ServiceNow ticketing system and averaging around 50 calls per day. Our client is looking for a dedicated individual who prides themselves on customer support.




Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ year of experience supporting desktop and applications remotely

• Ability to field upwards of 50 calls per day independently

• Experience working with a ticketing system, ideally ServiceNow

• Technically capable of password resets, windows support, server support




Responsibilities:

• Answering and closing 50+ tickets per day, ranging through levels 1-3

• Interacting with questions around the EMR, Epic

• Supporting all desktop and application technical questions and needs
