Title: Helpdesk Representative
Pay rate: $20/hr
Location: Sylmar, California, 91342
Shift/ Working hours: Monday - Friday, Flexible 8a - 5p; Some OT when required.
Lunch: 1 hour unpaid Lunch and 2 - 15 minute paid breaks.
Education: High School diploma or GED; AA degree is nice to have.
Level III: Under direct supervision, responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps. Typically resolves basic problems while referring more complex problems to intermediate and/or senior level. May involve use of problem management database and help desk systems. This position is staffed by beginners who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience.
