Helpdesk Support Analyst

Job Description

Are you an entry-level IT professional looking to expand or get experience in the IT industry? Do you enjoy helping others with their IT problems over the phone? Are you looking to work in a fun environment that will give you the experience you need in the IT industry?

Interested candidates should have ONE current certification of the following or be willing to obtain one before interviewing:

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • CompTIA Security +

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users of multiple entities within this client. This role will perform general maintenance tasks and resolve less complex IT problems immediately. Ideal candidates will have experience with customer support and working experience of general helpdesk responsibilities.
