MISSION
To provide HR support to all associates.

ACTIVITIES
*Assist in facilitating associate communication
*Employee relations / problem solving activities (incident investigation)
*Manage drug compliance policy
*Assist with new hire induction
*Manage suggestion program
*Manage employee recognition processes
*Manage temporary labor
*Complete SAP transactions
*Manage hourly annual review process
*Generate various monthly reports for HR Manager
*Manage temporary housing process
*Coordinate internal bid process
*Manage Visa Process for international trainees
*Assist, meet or exceed established targets

COMPETENCIES
*Experience in a Manufacturing environment
*Proficient in all Federal and State employment laws - ERISA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA
*At least 3 years of hands on experience in HR / Employee Relations
*Bachelor's degree preferred
*Good organization skills
*Self-motivated
*Able to represent all shifts as required
*Competence with MS Office applications
*Good Customer Service Skills
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and bring to successful completion
*Ability to be productive in the midst of constant interruptions and changing priorities
*Ability to effectively communicate well with others
*Ability to be a productive team player
