Title: IAM Analyst

Job Description:

Our Client specializing in securing the lives of people for over 100+ years  is seeking a IAM Analyst to join the Global Identity & Access Management Business Process Management (IAM) Team as a Business Systems Analyst. They will primarily interface with our global workforce to support the Identity & Access Management system. The objective is to ensure the needs of our global users from identity & access management perspective are met and business, audit, and compliance requirements are met on a timely basis. The resource will bring to the table hands-on expertise in dealing with business users, a customer first attitude, and a very strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Identity & Access Management projects as a business systems analyst
• Ability to manage a business population with varying levels of understanding on Identity & Access Management
• Hands-on experience in working on SailPoint llQ platform and its implementation
• Work experience in dealing with a global (onshore/nearshore/offshore) implementation team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

 Must Have Skillsets:

• Experience as a business systems analyst in large Identity & Access Management operations
• Historic expertise of working on SailPoint llQ certifications, Separation of Duties, Native Changes, Onboarding, Offboarding and other system functions
• Good understanding of Identity & Access management terminology and standards
• Excellent business communication and documentation skill
• Strong knowledge of SailPoint entitlement reviews staging configuration (People Manager, Entitlement Owner, Application Owner)
• Understanding of role engineering and role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, RACF Mainframe, Web-Service Restful API, Delimited feed file based SailPoint integrations
• Advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis
   

Preferred / Nice to Have Skillsets:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ITIL Framework Foundation Certification preferred
• Ability to solve business challenges
• Good understanding of Amazon AWS cloud environment terminology and capabilities
• Good understanding of CICD Pipeline (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory)
