IT Help Desk Specialist

A client of TEKsystems is looking to add an additional Help Desk Technician.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of IT help desk support, have previous customer service experience, and will possess excellent communication skills.

This person will be supporting applications, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows 7, etc. utilizing tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and PCAnywhere.

This is a high volume, fast-paced call center position providing IT support for internal employees. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can work individually and pick up on technology quickly.
