Job Description

This Help Desk position is responsible for providing the day to day technical support for end users with hardware and software issues. They will serve as the first point of contact for our internal customers and will open support tickets as needed and provide the hands on assistance with computers, phones, and printers.

Experience needed: Active Directory, troubleshooting, Windows 7/10, ticketing systems (any), remote/VPN support

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities 
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or by email in relations to computer workstations (Hardware & Software), telephones, operating systems, printing and internet access. 
• Properly record issue and corrective actions taken and escalating services requests as required. 
• Perform trouble shooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions and guide customer through problem solving process. 
• Investigates user issues, identifies source, determines test and implements solutions 
• Perform installs, upgrades, changes and moves of workstations, printers and other devices as appropriate.
