This Help Desk position is responsible for providing the day to day technical support for end users with hardware and software issues. They will serve as the first point of contact for our internal customers and will open support tickets as needed and provide the hands on assistance with computers, phones, and printers.
Experience needed: Active Directory, troubleshooting, Windows 7/10, ticketing systems (any), remote/VPN support
