IT Helpdesk Tech

AIC is seeking a IT Helpdesk Tech onsite in Overland Park MO. This is a 6 month contract to hire, pay is $16-22/hour w2, and shift is 10am - 7pm CST.

Seeking Experience with:

    • Workstation Hardware & peripherals
      • Troubleshooting 101
      • Following the 7 layers of the OSI model type of thinking
    • Internet Explorer:
      • Understand Internet Explorer b/c it's widely used across the world and in corporate environments.
    • Network Printers - installation and troubleshooting (with various models preferred)
    • Call Handling Experience
      • Working with difficult Users
      • Treating the Client professionally at all times
  • Basic Server Navigation & Tool Sets:
    • How to access it or how to find AD or Ex
    • How to remote from a server to another server
    • Terminal sessions
  • Intermediate Experience with:
    • Active Directory
    • Exchange/O365
    • SPAM/WEB filters
    • Phone Support: Internal & mobile
  • Troubleshooting experience with:
    • MS Office
    • Different Browsers
    • Java, Adobe, Active X settings
    • Windows OS Settings
